ServiceTitan pricebook builds
A custom ServiceTitan Pricebook, built to sell.
Your best tech still loses money when the book makes him build a quote from scratch in the driveway. We take that load off you: a Pricebook built into a system that presents good, better, best in two taps, per trade, done for you. The structure is ours to build, the numbers stay yours.
FROM $2,700 ONE TIME · PRICED IN THE OPEN
How it works
You choose the scope. We build it, done for you.
This is the work we do, not a tool you run yourself. You pick the pieces below, a real person builds them right into your ServiceTitan account, alongside the book you already have.
Pick a book
HVAC install packages, or a service and repair book for any trade. The foundation everything else sits on.
Add what it needs
Material and labor linking, recommendations and upgrades, estimates and proposal templates, image linking. Stack only the pieces you want.
Or tidy the whole book
Naming and descriptions, material import and cleanup. Jobs that run across the entire book, on their own or with a build.
Order the whole thing or a single piece. We build it. Priced in the open, one time.
The books, in depth
Two kinds of book
The foundation of any build. Everything else stacks onto one of these.
HVAC install book
The install is your biggest ticket and the easiest place to lose an hour piecing a system together. We build AHRI-matched install packages for every brand you carry, tiered good to premium, with the condenser, coil and furnace already matched and priced. Your tech presents three clean systems instead of assembling one.

Service and repair book
The service and repair book is where a plumbing or electrical shop lives, and where HVAC earns between installs. We build the repairs as good, better, best, so the tech offers a real choice instead of reading one flat number off a screen. Same disciplined build, shaped for how each trade sells.

What you add to any book
Material and labor linking
The right parts and labor ride behind each service, so job costing holds and dynamic pricing has real costs to work from. The numbers stay yours.
More on linking materials →Recommendations and upgrades
We fill ServiceTitan’s two selling fields, pointed at items you already carry, so techs offer the next right thing instead of relying on memory.
How it works →Estimates and proposal templates
The selling layer, built in ServiceTitan’s own templates so the options rank and group the right way. Item groups optional, so a system shows as one clean choice.
What it costs →Add images to services
A photo on each service so techs land on the right one, plus your install equipment built into a single package image for proposals and invoices. From ServiceTitan stock or images you provide.
How a book comes together →Across your book
Naming and descriptions
Names the tech can find and descriptions the customer understands on the invoice, across services, equipment and materials.
Clean up the words on your book →Material import and cleanup
Your materials in the book, clean, with real costs and the right vendors, so everything downstream has something solid to sit on.
More on material import →Add images to materials
A photo on your material items, the parts themselves, so the right one is obvious when a tech picks it and it reads clean on the invoice. From ServiceTitan stock or images you provide.
How image linking works →Price it, then we build it
Tell us what to build
Check the pieces you need and we build them for you. The price and timeline update as you go, and the pace is yours: standard, or priority to move your build up the queue so you start earning from it sooner. Send it as an order, no payment up front, and we reply with the exact files we need.
What matters more?
Is your data ready? (sets the timeline, not the price)
In your build
Working numbers. Priority is a percentage of your scope, so it scales with what you pick, and shows as its own line. Speed sets your place in line; your data readiness sets the timeline. Final scope confirmed in your free audit.
After the build
Pricebook Care
A book is right the day it ships and a little off by the next price increase. Pricebook Care keeps yours current from your latest vendor sheets, adds the equipment you have started selling, and clears the dead lines before they pile back up, plus a private line to us for any ServiceTitan question. Optional, from $325 per month, no lock-in. The build itself stays one time.
Straight answers
The questions owners actually ask
How much does a ServiceTitan pricebook build cost?
You price it yourself, in the open. A single-trade book starts at $2,700, one time, and every part has its own price, so you pay for the scope you pick. Build it in the estimate on this page and send it as an order. No payment up front, we confirm the scope on your account first.
Do I have to rebuild my whole book?
No. ServiceTitan lets you run more than one Pricebook, so a book that works can go in beside the one you have. If yours is close, we finish and extend it. If it is too tangled to sort line by line, we build a fresh one that works alongside it and keep your real preferences. The free audit picks the honest path.
Do you set or change my prices?
No, and we would not. The price is yours. We build the system your prices live in, the category structure, the tiered options, the material and labor links, the dynamic pricing rules, so the numbers you set land right every time. We can show you where a book leaks margin, you decide the number.
What is material linking, and do I need it?
Linking puts the right materials and equipment behind each service, so the cost rides along on every ticket. You need it if your job costing does not hold, or if you run dynamic pricing, which can only work from real linked costs. If the book is otherwise fine, you can order just this piece.
Do you build for plumbing and electrical, not just HVAC?
Yes. The Present-Don’t-Configure Method™ is trade-agnostic. HVAC adds the equipment and brand install game, plumbing and electrical center on a strong service and repair book. Same clean categories, tiered options, and linked parts across trades.
How long does it take, and can it be faster?
It depends on your scope and on your data being ready, that is the real clock. HVAC install packages can be done in about a day once your matchup files and prices are in hand. A fuller or multi-trade book takes longer. The estimate shows an honest timeline, and priority moves your build up the queue once your data is in, so you get the finished book sooner.
Ready when you are.
Build your estimate and send it as an order, or run the free audit first and we will tell you straight what your book needs. Wrong fit if you just want items loaded fast. Right fit if you want it built to sell.
