This tool compares two ServiceTitan pricebook exports of the same account and shows exactly what changed between them: price and cost moves, items added, items deactivated, services renamed or recategorized, code changes, and link changes. It is a literal, cell-by-cell comparison of the two files, so nothing is guessed.
It also gives you a spreadsheet of just the changed rows, pulled out of a book with thousands of items and color-coded so new rows and edited cells jump out. That is its main job: to let you actually look at the difference in Excel instead of scrolling two files side by side.
Because that file comes out in ServiceTitan's own import format, you can also re-import it if you want to apply the changes. A ServiceTitan import only touches the rows in the file and leaves every other item alone, so importing it applies just those changes and nothing else. Review it first, as you would any import.

What files do I upload? Two ServiceTitan pricebook exports of the same account, the .xlsx you get from Pricebook → Export: an earlier one and a later one.
What is the changed-rows file for? Mainly for looking at. It pulls the rows that actually changed out of a book with thousands of items and color-codes them (new rows green, edited rows highlighted with the changed cell marked), so you can review the difference in Excel instead of comparing two huge files by eye.
Can I import it back into ServiceTitan? Yes, it comes out in ServiceTitan's import format. An import is an upsert by Code: it updates the rows you give it and leaves every other item untouched, and an item is turned off by keeping its row and setting Active to inactive. So importing the file applies just those changes. Review it before you import, as you would with any import file.
What if I just want to add new services? Export your book, add the new services, save it, then compare the original against the edited file. You get back only the services you added, plus any categories or links they need.
